How to get your NYS Excelsior Pass for the Covid 19 Vaccination

Getting the Excelsior pass

1. Go to: https://epass.ny.gov/identity.2. Complete the Get Started.3. Verify Identity.4. Get your pass. If you are able to get your pass, please email a copy to covidpass@aandhsecurity.com.
