Submit a Ticket
To better serve our team and streamline internal communication, all A&H Security employees must now submit requests by email through our ticketing system. This replaces the need to drop off paper forms at the office.
How to Submit a Ticket:
- Open your email app (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
- Write a detailed message about your issue
- Include:
- Your full name
- Employee number (if available)
- Job site (if applicable)
- Send it to the appropriate email listed above
🛑 Please do not come to the office to drop off paper forms. All requests must go through the ticketing system via email.
Choose the Correct Email Based on Your Request:
HR – For W-4 updates, ID changes, and direct deposit forms

Operations – For schedule issues, lateness, or site incidents
- Email: operations@ahsecurity.happyfox.com
Payroll – For paycheck problems, missing hours, and stub requests
