Yes. All candidates are subject to background screening and must pass a 10-panel drug test. - Can I apply for multiple positions at once?

New York requires its own security guard license. Out-of-state licenses cannot be transferred; however, prior experience may be considered during the hiring process. - Can I choose my schedule?
We offer a variety of shifts, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend coverage. While we consider availability, scheduling is based on operational needs. - What are the typical responsibilities of a security guard?

Yes. A&H maintains a 24/7 dispatch center to assist with emergencies, call-outs, and urgent operational needs.
- How do I report an incident?
All incidents must be reported immediately to your supervisor and documented according to post orders and company reporting procedures, this typically includes Lighthouse or Happy Fox depending on your particular site’s requirements. - What happens if my security license is about to expire
You are responsible for maintaining an active license. A&H will provide reminders, but you must complete renewal requirements before expiration to remain on schedule. You can always contact your Account Manager for additional information or assistance in the process. - Are there opportunities for additional training?
Yes. We offer ongoing training, including refresher courses, de-escalation training, and site-specific instruction through our affiliated training programs. - How do I update my personal information (address, phone number, etc.)?
